Measurement in Psychology
We specialize in developing tools to measure various psychological characteristics, cognitive abilities, knowledge, and other human traits. Our work encompasses the creation of original Czech instruments as well as adapting international methods to suit the Czech context. Utilizing a diverse range of psychometric models, we rigorously evaluate the efficacy of our research psychodiagnostic tools and tests. We investigate the details of the process of responding to a range of testing items, which are the foundation of methodological construction. Furthermore, we explore the application of these methods by professionals in specialized areas of psychological practice.
