INPSY junior researcher Jana Fikrlová is a team member who won the award in the first year of the Public Administration Act of the Year project. The Ministry of Education team was awarded in the Innovation in Public Service category for its plan to improve and unify the quality of education for future generations of teachers.
The award for the project Competence Framework for Teacher Graduates was presented to Matouš Bořkovec, Jan Mušuta, Kateřina Dufková, Jana Fikrlová, Veronika Pokorná on behalf of the Ministry of Education team. The project, to improve and unify the education of future teachers, includes increasing the scope and quality of practice, introducing practice in the form of a clinical year/semester, and creating a support system for accompanying teachers. Its implementation is already beginning to change the face of teacher education in our country.
The Public Administration Act of the Year project is managed by the Civil Service Section of the Ministry of the Interior and the Byro platform - a non-governmental organization that connects and supports creative people in public administration. The aim is to collect successful examples of projects that have improved the work of authorities or the quality of life in the Czech Republic.
